Marisa Leccese

Marisa is a Director of Incite Solutions Group and has over 25 years of leadership and management experience. Marisa has a diverse portfolio of skills, experience and knowledge, having successfully undertaken a number of Director and National Manager roles across the Commonwealth public sector. Marisa has been responsible for reducing workers compensation liability costs for a large national employer, improving business revenue at a State and National level and managing significant change agendas. Marisa has coached Managers and Team Leaders in improving workplace communications to reduce the negative impact of workplace conflict. Marisa is an experienced facilitator and accredited mediator.

Claudia Di Lazzaro - Director Service Delivery & Quality/Senior Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant

Claudia Di Lazzaro

Claudia has a persistent focus on quality and getting the details right. Not only has she earnt her Masters of Occupational Therapy, this is enhanced by eight years of experience specifically in workplace rehabilitation. Every day Claudia manages challenging cases across a variety of markets, while also supporting and coaching staff. Claudia is experienced in delivering injury prevention and injury management services including workplace ergonomics and home/ADL assessments. Claudia is a qualified Physical Work Performance Evaluation (PWPE) practitioner - a specialised form of functional capacity assessment. Claudia regularly adapts her approach, drawing on her broad range of experience in physical rehabilitation, income protection and the aged care sector.

Danielle Murphy - Director Business Development/Senior Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant

Danielle Murphy

Danielle finds solutions. She has over 15 years' experience in workplace rehabilitation and the disability employment sector. She is a Professional Career Development Practitioner and has held roles within the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) including National Vice President. Danielle's forte is managing complex psychological injuries and working strategically with 'stuck' or long term cases. In particular, Danielle has a strong interest in working with people experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Danielle  is highly experienced in undertaking vocational options and assessments, as well as managing income protection and life insurance cases.
