Kimberley is a Psychologist and Rehabilitation Counsellor with experience in the rehabilitation sector for almost 10 years. With a unique blend of counselling, organisational and industry experience, Kimberly’s goal is to develop strong rapport with clients to understand their unique needs and collaboratively set goals that facilitate positive change in her client’s lives.

Kimberley’s clients find her approachable, proactive and accommodating and working together, they forge a well-supported pathway to achieving their rehabilitation goals.

She is passionate about the health benefits of good work and the importance of return-to-work-focused counselling in the vocational rehabilitation and recovery process and successfully helps clients return to meaningful work at an appropriate time in their journey.

Kimberley is a subject matter expert in vocational redirection, the identification of appropriate vocational options and strategically managing complex physical and psychological claims and rehabilitation cases across Department of Veterans Affairs, WorkCover WA, Worksafe NT, Life Insurance, Comcare and Corporate Early Intervention portfolios.

Kimberley was a Finalist in the Life Insurance Excellence Rehabilitation Awards (2020).
