As an Employment Consultant you will:
- Deliver a range of employment service activities such as labour market research, job search and preparation, work trial canvassing and employment placement, monitoring, and sustainability.
- Assist in managing a caseload of employment-ready clients.
- Work alongside Rehabilitation Consultants to add valuable employment services expertise
- Use your excellent networking skills to grow our employment network and build positive internal relationships
- Attend events to raise employment service awareness
- Support the team in overseeing our customer engagement strategies

Salary $55-$65K Plus Flexible Salary Package
