Kylie takes a client-centred, strengths-based approach to recovery, working with clients so they can reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Kylie is a highly experienced registered psychologist who has worked with adults, adolescents and children in community, not-for-profit and custodial settings. She has worked with current and former serving ADF members and their families, supporting them with their psychological rehabilitation. Kylie is also a Sex and Relationship Therapist with experience in providing support to individuals and couples dealing with intimacy and sexuality issues, and relationship concerns.

As a leader, the Service Delivery Team appreciates Kylie’s insightful, sincere and compassionate approach to people leadership. Kylie’s ability to manage, and coach others to manage, high stress high risk situations in a tactful, sincere and effective manner is met with a great sense of gratitude and confidence from her customers, clients and colleagues. She brings clarity, a sense of calm and is often a source of complex problem solving; Kylie combines practicality with a high-level understanding of human behaviour.
