Susan has an extensive administration and customer service background, combined with almost 20 years’ experience in the rehabilitation industry.

She manages a busy, experienced administrative team and delivers high levels of administrative support to our Service Delivery team as well as our customers and clients. Susan is a friendly point of contact for clients and customers and can effectively respond to any enquiries. Susan also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with her major in Journalism.
