Meet one of our wonderful women in leadership, Marisa Leccese. As an Accredited Mediator with over 25 years leadership and management experience in both the public and private sectors Marisa knows her stuff! She has a diverse portfolio of skills, experience and knowledge including assisting large national employers reduce their workers’ compensation liability costs, improving business revenue at a state and national level, and managing significant change agendas.
Creative thinker is her middle name! Marisa has coached both managers and teams in improving workplace communication to reduce the negative impact of workplace conflict. She is a wealth of knowledge and happy to share this with everyone who surrounds her. She is a mentor to many aspiring leaders and a big believer in paying it forward, connecting people wherever she goes. She provides a supportive working environment and truly values her team.
