This week Incite Solutions Group staff where introduced to our new Vision and Values, which has been aligned with a Performance, Recognition and Reward model, we will be implementing this year.
Our specialist HR partner Cornerstone HR, walked our people through the model, and we discussed how each staff member can contribute to our company Vision and Values.
At the end of the training session every person was encouraged to build a model out of Lego which best represented how we feel we positively contribute to the business.
Each Lego model is now proudly sitting on staff desks, a personal reminder of their own reason why, and a highlight of the great work they do for Incite Solutions Group!
